Synthetic bone graft particulate or Bioglass® product for use in orthopedic procedures. Indicated to be gently packed into bony voids or gaps that are not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. Studies show it improves the rate of osseous growth while being resorbed and replaced with new bone during the healing process. Can be used alone (in voids/gaps with volumes <14 cc) or as an autogenous bone graft extender. Consil® Orthopedic is hemostatic, bacteriostatic and radiopaque.
